Privacy Policy

When you submit a membership request we collect the name, email address, service of interest and any message you choose to share. We collect nothing else from you on this site — no advertising trackers, no third-party profiling.

Basic technical data (such as your browser type and approximate region) may be processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site.

Your information is used solely to review your request, respond to you, and — if access is extended — to arrange concierge, events or design work on your behalf.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Membership requests are held in a private, access-controlled database. Only authorised ORIX22 staff can read them; the records are not publicly readable at any time.

Limited processors support us: our hosting and database provider and our email delivery provider. They act on our instructions only.

Requests that do not proceed are retained for up to twenty-four months, then deleted. Member records are retained for the duration of membership and for as long as required by law thereafter.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, and you may object to or restrict its processing. Write to contactorix22@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis is your consent when submitting a request, and legitimate interest or contract performance for member services.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls. No system is absolute, but discretion is the foundation of this house and we treat your details accordingly.
