Terms of Service

Submitting a request does not create membership or any obligation on the part of ORIX22. Access is extended at our sole discretion, and may be declined without explanation.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. It may be suspended or withdrawn where conduct, discretion or payment obligations are not upheld.

ORIX22 provides private concierge arrangements, DJ and event bookings, and bespoke web design across Ibiza, Dubai and Europe. Scope, fees and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Where we arrange with third parties — venues, villas, artists, transport — those providers set their own terms, and ORIX22 acts as an intermediary rather than the supplier of that service.

Fees, deposits and cancellation windows are set out in the confirmation for each engagement. Deposits secure dates and are generally non-refundable once suppliers are committed.

Cancellations made outside the agreed window are refunded less any unrecoverable third-party costs.

Members, guests and clients agree not to photograph, publish or otherwise disclose the identity of other members, private locations or arrangements made through the house without prior consent.

The ORIX22 name, marks and site content remain our property. Design work commissioned by a client transfers on full payment, excluding any pre-existing tooling, frameworks or components we license to you for use in the delivered work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORIX22 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
